Joe Sangiuliano's 25+ year career has been defined by a commitment to modernizing the public sector. As the Regional Vice President, Public Sector at Next Generation Security by Palo Alto Networks, he brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing government IT. His expertise was honed during nearly a decade at Red Hat, where he rose to become the Vice President of BD, Capture, and partner sales. He was instrumental in building a robust ecosystem that combined secure open-source technology with top-tier partner solutions. This work included leading teams that delivered new cloud/container platforms, digital transformation services, and DevSecOps tools, helping the Civilian and Intelligence communities adapt to the digital age. Earlier in his career, Joe was focused on the foundational work of implementing new IP networks and data center modernizations, creating a comprehensive background from the ground up to the cloud.

Matt Wilson leads United States and Canadian public sector AI security technical engagement for Palo Alto Networks. In this role, he focuses on implementing AI Security by Design principles and controls, advising government leaders on secure AI adoption, and is an expert on the Prisma AIRS platform. Passionate about emerging technology, Matt helps leaders harness the power of AI/ML without sacrificing trust or security. In addition to his role with Palo Alto Networks, Matt is a Cyber Warfare Officer in the Virginia Army National Guard where he leads a critical infrastructure Defensive Cyber Operations team. Matt is also an active member of the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA) and the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) working group on Agentic AI. Matt holds a degree in Security & Risk Analysis from Penn State University.
